Semi-cooked foie gras: our tasting tips

Our semi-cooked foie gras comes in vacuum-sealed trays, which helps preserve the unique flavor of these products from the Gers region. Buying a pack of trays means you can treat yourself... and treat your friends and family too! The "semi-cooked" process preserves all the flavor of this whole duck foie gras.

Simply cut generous slices and place them on fresh or lightly toasted bread, accompanied by a sweet and savory fresh onion or fig confit.
