Delivery Terms
After confirming your order, Sarl Ramajo Foie Gras undertakes to deliver all items ordered by the buyer (subject to product availability) to its carrier within a period defined according to the number of orders pending shipment.
This carrier is contractually bound to Sarl Ramajo Foie Gras to deliver the order to the buyer's address provided by Sarl Ramajo Foie Gras within 24/48 hours (TNT and Chronofresh) and 72 to 96 working hours for Coliposte, DPD, DPD Relais Colis, and Geodis Calberson.
- For TNT Express and DPD deliveries, depending on the choice made when ordering, the package can be delivered either directly to the customer or to the parcel relay closest to your home. Delivery will therefore be handled by one of our logistics providers, Coliposte, DPD, TNT, Geodis Calberson, or ChronoFresh, with signature upon delivery. This applies to all of mainland France (excluding Corsica and the islands).
- Any delays do not entitle the buyer to claim damages.
- Deliveries to countries outside mainland France, as well as Corsica and the French overseas departments and territories, are made by Coliposte, DPD, TNT, or Geodis Calberson with international tracking and delivery against signature.
- Damage to the package: No claims will be accepted if, upon receipt of the package, the customer does not note any reservations about the condition of the package on the delivery note that the delivery person asks them to sign.

- Orders over €160 => Free delivery
- Delivery to Corsica => +$18 in addition to the basic rate.
