For over 55 years we've been passionate about foie gras, and we were the 1st in the Gers to register as a farm canner and to welcome customers to our store on our farm.
From the outset, respect for quality has been our credo, because we voluntarily manage the entire production cycle: from raising the little geese and ducklings to processing the product the old-fashioned way, with no additives or preservatives.
The house credo "Why waste good natural products with industrial methods?"
We offer a full range of goose and duck products, from whole and semi-cooked foie gras to confits, ready-made dishes (cassoulet with duck confit, goose stew, magret with forest sauce, garbure, old-fashioned ham hock) and our rillettes, terrines, duck sausages and dried magrets.
Today, Miraine and Pierre-Marie take care of canning and marketing, while Sébastien manages the farm where geese and ducks are raised and force-fed.
- In 2014, we integrated the Gers PGI for all our duck products (foie-gras, confit, magret) to confirm our commitment to the origin and quality of our Made In Gers products.
- In 2017, we moved into our new canning facility, enabling us to face the coming years with a production tool that meets all the latest standards.
- In 2020, implementation of an organic certification with the development of a new range of organic vegetable and meat products.
What's more, we've built in a permanent visiting corridor so that you can come and watch us cook and discover our manufacturing secrets at first hand !
We're delighted to introduce you to our full range of Gascony-scented products to delight your taste buds.
