Bayonne Ham and Charcuterie IGP Sud-Ouest
Maison Ramajo invites you to discover its selection of traditional fine charcuterie products and its Bayonne raw ham with protected geographical indication (PGI). This is the result of recognized and certified expertise. Our hams come from pigs born and raised in the southwest of France, in accordance with the Bayonne Ham PGI charter. Here you will find whole Bayonne hams on the bone, as well as boneless hams.
To enjoy your ham as it should be enjoyed, you can, for example, make delicious appetizers with thinly sliced or shredded ham. But you can also add it to a salad, or slice it thicker and enjoy it with vegetables.
Some of our products have been awarded gold, silver, or bronze medals for several years at the Concours Général Agricole. This competition is organized each year by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food (Alim'agri).
