Serving suggestion for our Bayonne ham
Take your Bayonne ham out of the refrigerator at least thirty minutes before serving. Raw ham tastes best when it is not cold, as it is the fat in the ham that gives it its unique flavor, and this fat needs to be slightly melted to bring out the flavors of the meat.
Once opened, consume your Bayonne dry-cured ham within 48 hours.
Ingredients: Pork leg, Salies-de-Béarn salt, sugar, preservative: saltpetre.
Our pork is Bayonne Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) with a minimum aging period of 18 months.
Best before: 90 days
Store at +8°C.
