Chorizo from South-Western PGI pork
Our whole chorizo weighs approximately 390 grams. It is made using a traditional recipe, except that here, Espelette pepper is used, among other ingredients, to season the meat.
What's more, our chorizo will spice up all your everyday, gourmet or traditional recipes: pork stir-fry with chorizo, paella with chorizo, savory muffins, spreads... It can be eaten hot or cold, sliced, as an appetizer or starter.
Tips for enjoying chorizo
As an appetizer or on a charcuterie platter, you can also enjoy it hot in traditional dishes.
Ingredients: Lean and fatty pork from the Southwest IGP*, salt, spices, chili powder (1.5%), LACTOSE, dextrose, stabilizer: triphosphates, aromatic plants, flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: saltpeter, coloring: carmine, lactic ferments.
