Already thinly sliced, our charcuterie assortment is ready to enjoy. All you have to do is arrange the slices on a wooden board and enjoy your cocktail party.
Ingredients:
- Chiffonade of Bayonne ham: pork leg, Salies de Béarn salt, sugar, preservative: saltpeter.
- Coppa: Pork loin from the Southwest IGP*, salt, spices, dextrose, sugar, natural flavors, preservative: saltpeter, aromatic plants, antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
- Rosette: Lean and fatty pork from the Southwest IGP*, salt, LACTOSE, dextrose, pepper, spices, aromatic herbs, preservative: saltpetre, lactic ferments.
- Chorizo: Lean and fatty pork from the Southwest IGP*, salt, spices, chili powder (1.5%), LACTOSE, dextrose, stabilizer: triphosphates, aromatic herbs, flavorings, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, preservative: saltpetre, coloring: carmine, lactic ferments.
