Tasting whole goose foie gras is a true art. We have decided to give you some tips on how to fully enjoy this distinguished delicacy. First of all, before serving, let your whole goose foie gras rest for a few minutes at room temperature. The accompaniment plays an essential role, so opt for artisanal confits and chutneys or fresh bread.

We recommend lightly toasting the bread to contrast with the melt-in-the-mouth texture of the foie gras. When it comes to presentation, there are several schools of thought. Some favor the traditional method of serving whole foie gras cut into slices with a pinch of salt and freshly ground pepper, as well as a few berries.
