Tips for enjoying your dried duck breast

When ready to serve, remove your duck breast from its vacuum-sealed packaging, cut into very thin slices, and leave them to come to room temperature. Serve them simply, garnished with black olives, or add them to a Gascon salad with lamb's lettuce, walnuts, and cherry tomatoes for a crisp, fresh contrast. You can also serve your duck breast as carpaccio, accompanied by shavings of Parmesan cheese and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.

Storage

Store the duck breast between 0°C and 4°C in its original packaging to preserve its tenderness for up to 180 days. Once opened, wrap it in plastic wrap and enjoy it within 5 days to get the most out of its freshness.
