This delicious and generous terrine combines the delicacy of duck meat with the natural sweetness of dried figs. The traditional recipe combines pork and duck meat, chicken livers, and duck foie gras, enhanced with a subtle touch of cinnamon and spices. The figs add a delicately candied fruity note that perfectly balances the richness of the duck.
