Halfway between a soup and a main course, garbure has been a staple of many Gascon farming families for decades. Depending on the season and the vegetables available in the garden, this dish was also prepared with a few pieces of meat.
Maison Ramajo offers you a garbure that can be enjoyed as a soup, but to which you can add a few pieces of meat if you feel like it: duck confit or duck leg for a little extra indulgence!
