Gers duck confit legs
Preserving food in fat is an ancient practice that keeps it moist and gives it an incomparable flavor. That's why our legs are bathed in their own fat inside the jar you'll receive. To prepare them, you will need to remove the fat while keeping it aside to use for sautéing vegetables. Then simply place your confit legs in your pan and grill them skin-side down until they are golden brown and crispy. And there you have it: your meal for two is ready!
