Duck terrine with rosehip:

Made according to a traditional recipe, this terrine combines the richness of duck with the delicately tart note of rosehip, also known as gratte-cul. The duck meat (25%), combined with lean and fatty pork and chicken liver, offers a melt-in-the-mouth, generous texture. The rosehip concentrate adds a subtle fruity touch, enhanced by a hint of Armagnac and a delicately spiced seasoning.
A terrine with character, authentic and delicious, ideal to enjoy on a slice of country bread, as a starter or as an appetizer.
