Ingredients in our organic beers
- Water: The water we use is pumped from Dému at a depth of around 700 meters. It is ideal for brewing our beers.
- Malt: Phénomène is brewed using Pilsen base malt from our barley, as well as caramel malt combined with lightly toasted malt. This gives the beer its beautiful golden color and complex aromas.
- Hops: Target is the only variety of bittering hop we use at the brewery, producing a fairly mild bitterness. For Phénomène, we use Tradition and Cascade varieties as aromatic hops. Together, they bring a beautiful complexity.
- Yeast: We use a yeast that best expresses the character of our raw materials.
