Treat yourself to a gourmet journey to the heart of the Gers region with this dried duck breast, presented in 120 g of thin, ready-to-serve slices. Carefully selected, the meat comes from free-range ducks, salted with curing salt and then peppered by hand before undergoing a slow and controlled maturing process.
Serving suggestion
To bring out the best in these slices, leave them to come to room temperature for a few moments and arrange them on a plate, accompanied by black olives, a drizzle of olive oil, and a handful of arugula. They also go wonderfully with a Gascon salad (lamb's lettuce, walnuts, cherry tomatoes) or in a carpaccio, seasoned with parmesan shavings and a drizzle of balsamic vinegar.
